How Can I Pay for My Boiler Repairs?

We accept cash, credit or debit card payments or bank transfers. If you can’t pay for your repair all in one go, please discuss this with us before we carry out the work so we can discuss a solution.

How Long Does a Boiler Repair Take?

This is all dependent on the boiler issue. Our engineers will work to diagnose the issue as quickly as possible and can let you know a rough time estimate. It can take anything from half an hour to half a day to resolve an issue, if it’s complex it may be longer.

What if My Boiler Can't Be Fixed?

Sometimes a boiler can’t be fixed. That could be down to parts for an old model no longer being available, or that the fix would not be suitable on a permanent basis and you may need a new boiler. If you need a new boiler or are thinking it’s time to replace yours we can provide you with a free boiler quote.

Can You Repair My Boiler on an Evening or Weekend?

Repairs that are required outside of the normal working hours can be done. They may however come at a higher service rate for being outside of our normal working hours.
